On November 16, 2022, we had the pleasure and honor of welcoming first- and second-semester students from the Public IEK of Xanthi. At our multi-purpose space, #enahub, a meeting point for people and ideas from every sector with a shared goal of growth in education, the economy and entrepreneurship, students from three specializations of the Public IEK of Xanthi (management and communication executives, executives in agricultural product standardization/processing and trading businesses, and executive secretaries) had the opportunity to get to know ena Development Consultants and learn about its work and mission.

Christos Pitiakoudis, Head of the Marketing Department at enateam, welcomed attendees and presented the company's work and umbrella of services.

Next, Katerina Vasileiou, Coordinator of Advisory Services for the Secondary & Tertiary Sector, presented to the IEK students:

  1. how ena Development Consultants works
  2. the company's organizational chart and
  3. the partnerships the company develops

In addition, Ms. Vasileiou described the procedures a business must follow to apply for and receive a grant, using the various financing tools offered by national, regional and European programs.

Finally, strong emphasis was placed on the opportunities that ena Development Consultants, as part of its mission and vision, offers to young people to enter the job market through internships. The company is registered with ATLAS, the Central Support System for Student Internships at Higher Education Institutions, and from 2014 to date, 36 young graduates have trusted it for their internships.

Shortly before the end of their visit, the Public IEK of Xanthi students had the opportunity to ask questions, tour the company's offices, enjoy snacks and refreshments from our buffet, and interact with the ena Development Consultants team.
