The vision of ena Development Consultants is to be the cornerstone and the driving force for the growth of both people and businesses, not only in the Xanthi area but in the wider region of Eastern Macedonia & Thrace. A prerequisite for realizing this vision is the development of its people and understanding the real needs of its clients.
With this in mind, ena held an in-house seminar for its staff titled “Effective Communication and Behavior: Turning everyday life into an experience”.
The seminar was led by Mr. Therapon Fakas, Development & Communication Consultant, who, in an experiential and interactive way, presented techniques and secrets for more effective communication, both within the team and between staff and the company's clients.
Through their active participation, ena's staff were able to recognize and develop their abilities, and to learn to work together and communicate in new, practical ways.
