Event on: “Opportunities and financing tools for investments in the agri-food sector”

The European Information Center Europe Direct Xanthi and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit of Democritus University of Thrace are holding an information event on “Opportunities and Financing Tools for Investments in the Agri-food Sector”.

During the event, specialized agronomists will present the most important Measures of the Rural Development Program 2014–2020 concerning the agri-food sector. Special reference will be made to:

– the upcoming call for Improvement Plans (Measure 4.1.1),

– the call for the Processing and Marketing of Agricultural Products (Measure 4.2.1),

– the incentives and requirements for setting up Producer Groups.

The event will take place on Monday, June 26, 2017, at 18.30 at the Chrysoupoli Municipal Amphitheater.

The event is open to all and participation is free.
